Description

At the 2010 Baltimore Comic-Con, I stopped by the Kids Love Comics tables to see Rich Faber, with whom I had recently chatted on Facebook leading up to the show and who had christened my very first sketchbook with a Jack Kirby-esque Thing drawing (albeit reluctantly!). While we were chatting, he introduced me to his buddy Jamar Nicholas, who's recently completed an adaptation of Fist Stick Knife Gun for Beacon Press (a real-live book publisher!). We got to chatting for a bit, and I finally asked if he'd do a sketch for me. We chatted for quite a while as he worked on this very-much-his-style Wolverine sketch for me. Nice sketch!
