Daredevil Yellow Commission

NC Comicon - November 14th 2010

I commissioned this piece at the first ever NC Comicon. This piece was inspired by the Daredevil issue 1 cover and Tommy's work on the Turf series. For those not familiar with Turf, it is set in the 1920's and is full of guns, goons and mobsters (check it out!).

One of the coolest parts of this commission is this is the first time Tommy has drawn the original daredevil costume and I absolutely love his take on it! Tommy really blew me away with this one and in my eyes it is a cover worthy piece.

I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do and many many thanks to Tommy for taking the time do it!

That Tommy guy is just ridiculous! So bummed I got outbid on his GoT piece for the art auction at Heroes this year (by Alan no less). Congrats on a great piece. I may just have to hit him up for a commission at this year's NC Comicon!
