I think my favorite Jack Davis EC art was that which he did in the war books. Additionally, this page is a great example of Kurtzman's thoughtful and human story tellling which philosophically ponders humanity in the midst of war.

A terrific early example by one of the true greats. You can really see Davis' maturation as an artist in a piece like. Congrats Tom!

I agree about Davis' and Kurtzman's EC War stories. This page is a great example of their work and very telling in the dialogue. Incredible page!
