Description

Mike Kazaleh's "Captain Jack" was a great book - well drawn, funny, charming, and unfortunately a victim of the 80s black and white comics glut. Fantagraphics published the original series, and Mu Press collected some of "Captain Jack" a few years ago. Check it out if you can.
Herman and Janet were the star-crossed lovers of the book. I had a friend commission this piece for me at San Diego in 1992. I've still not had the pleasure of meeting Mike, but I hope to some day.
