Description

Preliminary art work by Earl for the Savage Sword of Conan cover Issue # 53. Vellum paper and pastels. On the back he has a message to Bill that says " Bill, Hope this arrives in good shape. Thought you would like to see the original concept sketch with art directors notes.

Thanks to Ken for parting with this one - hopefully I'll find the pencils to this one day and who knows the original as well - ah we can all dream!
