TRDL 2011 Series, No. 70 � Widows
This piece was done for the Identity Crisis Jam on the TRDL R3 Forum and TRDL-R3-WeeklyJam group on dA.
The concept of this theme jam was to draw two or more characters that have the same costumed identity. For example, Peter Parker and Eddie Brock both wearing a Venom-based spider-suit, or two generations of Captain America� in my case, I chose to pit Natasha Romanoff, the original Black Widow, against her later replacement, Yelena Belova. It was a tough piece, and I redrew parts of it multiple times. The belabored process is outlined in the notes below.
