DescriptionA fantastic illustration by Rafa Garres. This Succubus, lost in all the inky darkness, is very creepy and full of horific mood. I liked this image so much that we used it as a print for our 2011 festival. It reminds me of the most intense scenes from the exorcist. Trully intense. And you will notice a grainy quality in the art, specially the inks that reminds me of Moebius or Corben (one of Rafa's heroes obviously).Social/Sharing |

I know exactly what you mean when you mentioned 'The Exorcist'- those quick flashes of terror hidden in the shadows. Yeah, this piece does remind me of that. But there is also a kind of beauty in the nightmarish intensity. A definite one of a kind and one that I wish I had the privilege of owning. Thank you for sharing this evocative piece... and congratulations. :)
