Description

Lightning Flash, 14 3/4 x 11 (370 x 280). Published in September 1967, and again in August 1976 WPL1244. In this image we see a Boston bombers attacking three railway guns. But in the story we have three medium artillery pieces mounted on bogies, not super heavy artillery. I feel that Graham had the script and read it one way, and the interior artists read the other. Now I thank Mr Coton was right, bombers would attack a large target. But we do have a icon image for Air Ace
