Description

Fly Navy, 18 1/2 x 15 (470 x 385). Published in August 1969, the story is a reprint " Wings Over The Navy " WPL8 using a Giorgio De Gaspari artwork. This was then reprinted as Wings Over The Navy for BPL 850 October 1974, and WPL1699 October 1979. This art work is one of four, that we got that were in a bad way. the other three are, Strike Squadon BPL615 ( mine ), U-Boat's Grave BPL 461 and Dead Reckoning BPL 388 (they are Edward Walker's). This is the last one to be restored. Added note. Now that this has been restored its like looking at a lost masterpiece, thanks to John for his dedication in restoring this one.
