Gary Martin inks over Chad Thomas' pencils. first story arc to have inks over pencils instead of the normal blue line.

can anyone spot something different about the federal agent Gilbert D. Stern.

Mega Man: I'm-sorry-I'm-sorry-I'm-sorry! It was an accident!

Fire Man: Actually, I set your hair on fire. Mega man is innocent of that much, at least.

Ice Man: Please don't be mad roll! See? All better!
Roll: That's ti! I'm telling Dr. Light!

Middle panel
Mega Man:No! Wait! Roll! Come on!

Bottom panel
Roll: Dr. Light! Dr. Light! Rock and the robot masters are playing too rough! I told them to stop, but they didn't, and they set my hair on fire!
Mega Man: We were just trying to include her and it was a small fire!
