Description

From what I'm told, color tests were used to try out various color schemes for pages in the comic. This one is a beaut. From a classic Romita Spidey book featuring our favorite web-slinger vs the Vulture! I don't know if I'm aptly crediting Mike Esposito (Mickey DeMeo) as the colorist but the back of the color test is signed by him along with the Comics Code Authority stamp of approval. I am told these were color guides or color tests for some of the Silver Age Marvel international editions.
