Looks like today's uploading theme may be Batman.

Here is a page that brings a smile to my face. I love Mark Chiarello's realistic take on people in comics combined with amazing colors, then I saw Batman/Houdini and, well, was stunned. I don't remember ever seeing his work for sale, thought I'd never own a page from anything of his, and then I saw this at the art auction at San Diego Comic Con back in the day. Well, I lucked out 'cause I don't remember bidding anywhere near what I thought it would go for...and, sometimes, the cards fall just right. So, here it is.

What a get! That book is one of my very favorite Elseworld stories and one of my favorite Batman stories altogether. <3
