I've mentioned before how much I love Dave Flora's Doc Monster character. He's Doc Savage meets Reed Richards - in the body of George Reeves! A great old 50's pulp hero. Great concept and some great, great art. I'd asked him before if he'd do something original for me with Doc taking on the ants from THEM! and he did a supercool job on that one. I hadn't thought about asking him to any other crossovers but when I saw the he'd done this Doc / Frankenstein piece I realized that it'd make a great companion piece. So, here, is the second not in a series of great Doc Monster pieces - Doc Monster meeting Frankenstein's monster and his Bride! Done in pencils, pen and ink, gray scale markers, watercolor and colored pencil.

Seems Dave like his piece so much he went and turned it into a full mock movie poster which I was lucky enough to get a copy of. They'd've totally had my money is all I can say.
