DescriptionMoebius (Jean Giraud) original art marker sketch measuring 4 by 6 inches torn from a spiral bound pad. Delicate and whimsical in design and fine execution, the figure and background carries the artist's nobility and nature. Remarkably rare and exceptionally profound, a Moebius sketch jotted down his rapid fire ideas at the instant of inspiration. Done in his signature style, this piece is unsigned, but inscribed in French by Moebius "Personne n'imagine par quoi j'ai dû passer pour en arriver là". Wonderful drawing! Moebius' art always has such a great sense of space and his design sense was so unique.
