Description

This was an interesting and rare find. Ryan Walker started as a socialist cartoonists doing a comic strip called Henry Dubb for the Socialist Worker party- he then did a turn on the opposite extreme working on one of the wackiest newspapers of all time- Bernarr Macfadden's Daily Graphic ! He sitll produiced work for socialist causes and this is from the Daily call newspaper
Walker is a fascinating artist and i was surprised any of his art stil l existed
Probably 1930's possibly earlier
