Description

Billiard was one of the unnamed applicants for the Legion, and had only a couple of distinguishable appearances in that issue.

Steve Lightle came up with the idea that Billiard had to wear a crude environment suit, and those nodulars that hang off his neck could detach and act like little satellites. Billiard could direct them and see through them regardless of where he was, and he could use them to batter opponents and objects. And they left behind sticky goo whenever they hit something.
