Description

Joe Simon Hector Protector Playing Basketball Mechanics National Bank Ad Illustration Original Art (c. 1970s). In the early seventies Joe Simon did a number of illustrations for Mechanics National Bank. The ad campaign art all used the same character. Occasionally Joe Simon referred to him as Forester Bill, but most commonly as Hector Protector. This mixed media on board piece has an overall size of 16" x 20.75"
