Description

I had misidentified this artist but David Roach has told me that it is the work of Colin Merrett, a member of the Temple Art Agency who illustrated various girls' comics. The 14 x 17.5" original is a bit battered but I love the way that it's been inked. This is from World-Famous Short Stories No. 1, published in Eagle Vol. 12, No. 40 (1961).
