Thank you Mr. Yanko. in regards to the question, my best guess would be: "very carefully!" yet being a MOKF dork i will add, there have been 3 dudes to use the Razor Fist Moniker. Only 1 of them had blade on both hands, and he is dead!

Mind-blowingly cool MOKF cover! Gorgeous image of Shang-Chi leaping over a field of blades and juxtaposed against Razorfist I, II & III. Gene Day at his very best...And his best is pretty darn incredible.
