jeff brennan
Jeff has been an artist for the past 15 years. He started out as in inking assistant to Brett Breeding on "Superman" in 1991. this led to him working in the DC comics bullpen, plus an inking assignment on “Deathstroke the Terminator annual # 4”. Later, comic books such as “Bart Simpson comics”, “Flare”, “League of Champions”, “Tigress”, and “Liberty Girl” followed. From there, he entered the world of animation. He started out animating commercials for “Spider-man pasta”, “X-men" toy commercials, and intros for “The Nanny”(starring Fran Drescher), and “The Rosie O’Donnell show”. He also did storyboards for a number of major animated television shows, including: “Jumanji”, “Baby Felix The Cat”, “Extreme Ghostbusters”, “Courage the Cowardly Dog” among others. With the advent of computers He started a second career in the visual effects industry. He did compositing for the Sylvester Stallone film “The Expendables". He also did 3d models and compositing for the film "Lazer tag princess", and the 3D animated short film "Pest Control". This led to him working with a visual effects school in China. He spent a year there honing his craft on various projects, while lecturing about special effects, comics and animation. In China he did compositing and 3D art for the world war 2 film “Departed Heroes”. Plus he got the chance to do some conceptual art and storybords for the anime series "2012" and the children's show ”Super Carlos” Recently he has returned to the U.S. He is currently illustrating children’s books, and looking for new and exciting projects.
