Interiors: SONIC THE HEDGEHOG issue 181

I was extremely fortunate in being able to purchase this full issue (main story, anyway). This is the first issue of Sonic that I read. A friend dragged me into a comic shop many years ago and the cover to this issue caught my eye. I bought the whole arc on a whim, issues 181 to 184. I read them that night in his dorm room and was blown away. The story was perfectly paced, easy to pick up, and even easier to immerse yourself in. The art, to me, was gorgeous. It is colored so well, and the page layouts that Tracy comes up with are so dynamic. The action really flows through the pages. Not to mention the character of Enerjak. He is a badass, for sure. I feel very lucky to own the first issue of this book that I ever read in full.
