Disney characters by PHILO BARNHART
Philo Barnhart was a character designer for The Little Mermaid film. I had not heard his name until comic artist Lea Hernandez told me he had been very helpful teaching her to draw Ariel. Philo also worked on the Marvel Little Mermaid comic books. He contributed to the Walter Foster Disney How to Draw... books.
