Hulk: Gray
Although most would probably argue for his fully ink-washed work on Daredevil: Yellow, Tim's art from Hulk: Gray was the best of his work on the Marvel "color" books with Jeph Loeb, IMHO.
Choosing to selectively ink-wash only the Hulk, the contrast between the gray goliath and the thin linework and thickly inked shadows of the surrounding environment made for a memorable combination.
With a story that leads up to a realization for Bruce Banner in its last few pages, Gray is also my favorite miniseries of the color projects.
