LIVRE D'OR N°1
Once upon a time,...a long time ago, I was occasionnaly playing football (soccer) with some parisian based "Bandes dessinées" artists. Frank Margerin was the football fan and organiser of this -soon to be -famous MICKSON FOOTBALL CLUB team.... With such guys as Margerin, Eberoni, Winninger, Lesueur, Cabanes, Vuillemin, Tramber or Juillard, Mézières or Bilal...I, as a fan, was so happy. When Bilal told me something like "Vincent, by now , you should have dozen of sketches done by me" (I was collecting each of his books and some were signed) .. I fell sorry to annoy him ...Though he has largery exagerated. Wishing to ask "only for one and final time" a drawing, I began a sketchbook and asked to everyone (in the large relationship field I had) to offer me a ..."nice drawing"; It began in 1984. Today -year 2007- as I wrote these lines, the third book was completed in my birthday month (february) by gentle Adi Granov . With each year passing and each gift (I rarely have to pay for such drawings) the book glowing aura increase. As always, one artist has the choice to accept or refuse to draw in my "LIVRE D'OR". Curiously, BILAL has never drawn something in it. Anyway these books mean to me more than a "fan collection". It's such a vivifing way to remember each unique moment with people. With so much nice people should I say... Merci à vous tous. Thanks to everyone.
