"I feel like I just drew a shoe."
Actually, Jim Lee had just drawn Batgirl. Not the original, Barbara Gordon, Batgirl popularized by Yvonne Craig on TV, but the new, Cassandra Cain, Batgirl currently running around in comics. Turns out, Jim's not a big fan of the new costume. No wonder she never appeared in his Hush storyline either.
Batgirl was his last sketch of the show and he'd already finished seven more as the whole show was coming to a close around him.
Now, that's how the show ended, but let me back up to Friday morning.
