PORTACIO WHILCE
Whilce Portacio is an artist I discovered as an inker on Lonshot as he perfectly complimented Art Adams' crazy art.He then moved on Punisher with great success before becoming a superstar thanks to his crazy work on X-Factor and then Uncanny X-Men.I remember being crazy about his art as a teenager which I found to be wilder and much more "all over the page" than his friend Jim Lee.I also really liked his art on Wetworks and the incredible Legion of Night.Nowadays, while I still buy anything he's attached to, I must confess I find his storytelling and figures to be a bit stiff and awkward( even his older work). Still all the series I mentioned above are dear to me :)
