DescriptionGalaxy Express 999 (pronounced “three-nine”) is a story about a boy trying to gain immortality by acquiring a robot body. He takes a space train with his new friend Maetel after avenging his mother’s murder at the hands of the Robot Duke. Along the way he learns that you have to live life for now. And that your life requires balance. Leji Matsumoto is the series creator. It started as an Anime, and there’s been Manga as well. I did all the layouts for this drawing. Really love the series. Going to do a couple more pics for the sketchbook. Going to try to do a Galaxy Express jam piece. |
