DescriptionThis is a piece I acquired from TC Art Collector, a CAF member (and a good person to do business with) and opened up within minutes of finding out what the new sketchbook subject was. That's karma, especially since I didn't have anything on subject before that.I don't know anything about Michelangelo except that he has a lot of pieces on CAF. TC doesn't know either. To my eye, this looks a lot like an Adam Hughes. I checked out as many AH! Scarlet Witches I could find (and there are a lot of them!) and saw nothing similar at all before buying this. It appears totally original and is a lovely piece. The artist put a dark ink outline around the silhouette and penciled the rest, a nice technique not often used. |
