DescriptionWho's that guy with Spidey (TWHIP!)? It's Ghost Rider, created by Vin Sullivan and Dick Ayers in 1947 for Magazine Enterprises. Marvel essentially used the character, after it became public domain, starting in 1967's Ghost Rider #1, also drawn by Dick Ayers. Forty years later Sam Elliott played the character in the first movie about the Ghost Rider supernatural motorcyclist. |
