Description

I asked the legendary Neal Adams to create two pieces of the fabled Detective Sherlock Holmes. I wanted to frame them together, so I asked for them facing each other. Neal did these Sherlock Holmes based on my favorite portrayals... the classic Basil Rathbone (1939-1947 Fox & Universal Studios) and the great Jeremy Brett (1984-1994 Granada Television/PBS). I think he knocked it out of the park! There's actually another of Jeremy Brett smoking his trademark pipe that Adams did that he rejected.
