This is my one and only Sandman page. (The first page of original art I ever bought thanks to a friend of mine who was kind enough to contact Stan Woch who was a friend of hers. It has been signed by all involved, writer Neil Gaiman, penciler Bryan Talbot, inker by Stan Woch and letterer Todd Klein at the Baltimore Comic Con 9/28/18. It is an absolutely beautiful page, with a full splash image of Morpheus. While watching the History Channel's "Comic Book Superheroes Unmasked" I saw this page flash by in a sequence while Neil Gaiman was talking about Sandman. I thought that was so cool!!!! Just saw a blog where Bryan Talbot felt that this was his favorite panel from Sandman: �I think it is the large panel in August when we see the Emperor August's Dream. Because he was a person of great power in his waking life, I drew him in all the other sequences from a low eye level, so that the reader is constantly looking up at him, as it were. In that panel where Morpheus is addressing him in a dream, his position is switched. It's now The Sandman who has the power and the reader looks down at Augustus sitting on his couch, his feet dangling over the side. Suddenly he's powerless, almost like he's a little child.� - Bryan Talbot
