DescriptionThe Human Torch is deeply in love with Alicia Masters. Flying across the Manhattan skyline, he reflects back on his past relationships and realizes none of the girls he previously loved made him feel the way Alicia does. We learn, much later (FF 358), that he is not with Alicia at all. Alicia was replaced by the Skull spy Lyja, in FF 265, and because Ben stayed on Battleworld during the Secret Wars, Lyja cozied up to the Torch to fulfill her mission. Cool splash page, though. This is the first Ordway-inked issue. |
