Wonderful! And I'm not at all jealous! :)

I did not like this when it came out. I miss and love his style around the Great Darkness but the older I get the more I marvel at this new chapter for Giffen & the Legion. It was a brave and bold direction & style

It's everything he took from his years of studying old comics put into something new.  You can trace back the layouts, the characterwork, the pacing, background atmosphere, and so much more to something in the past, but streamlined to modern tastes.

Velma knows exacly what she does to men when she exchanges her turtleneck sweater for that more revealing top!

Nice and blocky Kirby art tradition being carried out by Giffen!  The facial expressions are very strong with the pronounced eye brows and jaw lines.

Out of every character in the printed cover, Darkseid would be the one who would cause the "End of Days!"

He is so distinctive here as the art screams that it's Keith Giffen!  

Great Byrne page, love the inks. Congrats!

I have been a John Byrne fan since the first I saw his work in Charlton books, but his run on FF, especially the books he inked himself, are definitely the top of his career, IMHO.  This page is beautiful.

Ther series is also notable for having Jim Starlin as the writer.  Starlin and Lim made for great cosmic stories.

Beautiful portrait here, Bill!  I love the "hunched over" pose and lighting of the piece (especially the reflection on the outer edges of the eye patches).  Only using that light source coming from the bottom right, the rest of the setting fleshes out in the viewer's mind's eye; Spidey is obviously crouched on a legde somewhere watching over his city.  Spidey's costume lends itself to so many different interpretations by so many different artists, and it's always a source of delight.  A very striking and wonderful piece!  Congrats!
