I especially love that first panel with the Red Skull in Captain America's body holding the Cosmic Cube and gloating. But all three panels show Colan's phenomenal ability to draw action and movement. Plue you get Joe Sinnott's incredible inks, which make every page even better, in my personal opinion. What a great pick-up, congratulations! Thanks Bill ! Like you , panel pages are not my first chance but this one with a semisplash is so good and so historic that fell in love with it... |

Yesss ,Colan is a difficult artist like Cockrum , too much work but only a few work of true quality...when you read an issue maybe there are 2-3 quality pages inside, and in covers and splashes the same...when you think is your page , you see a defect , a bad draw face , a strange proportion body , a glued panel or something similar and wait for the next... Good luck with your quest Amir ! |
