Hi Joel, I just wanted to thank you for posting this as I don't even know if I have this copy of CBG anymore. I was just thinking today how strange it is that it's almost been twenty years since one of my best friends passed away.

GREAT sequence and incredible storytelling! Thanks for sharing these terrific scans/pictures of the originals! They are quite different from the printed versions.

Unlike you, I really liked Rodin Rodriguez's inks over Broderick on Fury of Firestorm... However the Broderick/Austin team up here is undeniably GREAT!

Hey man, looks like you've been on a scanning spree! Is this one of the Heroes Con pickups from way back when? I sure wish I'd bit the bullet and bought one of the JRJR Spidey covers Spencer had back then, they probably cost an arm and a leg nowadays... just like everything else! :)

$150 is a lotta greenbacks for a little cartoon drawing... hee hee... I wonder if the original buyer still has the durn thing?!? Not sure if it's my favorite cover of the run, but the issue overall is my favorite: great art, great story, nice way to wrap up the series!
