This is my favorite Fables cover as well. Heck, it's one of my favorite pieces of art, period. Grail describes it perfectly but man if ever you want to move on, let me know.

As much as I love Travis' work I just love this book. If I could own any piece of AH! art (and I do mean any) it'd be a page from this books, with Nightcrawler on it. I love that panel with him and Wolvie. What a fantastic page.

Danny Miki? If you want to preserve all that hatching and all. Otherwise maybe Phillip himself? Personally my favorite inkers are along the lines of Tim Townsend, Scott Hanna and Steven Leialoha. But I think for this, Danny Miki with all his extras will work well.

Needs more comments! Actually I don't read any of the Avengers books and usually I am a huge Shatterstar fan (don't really agree with the turning him gay thing; felt more like a 'flavor of the month' thing rather than thought through) but I think Hulkling owns this piece. Turned out really beautiful, I've looked at it often =) 'Bout time I commented as well. Congrats!

Go for it! I am very fond of Fables and Jack does have his moments, but much like Gambit, I'm not one for cocky, self-assured characters. The book, however, is a great read!

Fables is great book which is unfortuately ending in 2015. But with this piece, yes the main reason I picked it up (besides the really really good price) is the fact that it's Andrew Robinson. He did an issue of the series and this is a bit like a mock cover for it (thus the character in the smoke and the pumpkin). I will frame this one and hang it in my hallway.

I'm with you, not a Superman fan either but I've said this before and will say it again; Brian does one of maybe 3 Supermen (together with Kevin Nowlan and Ben Oliver) that would make me read the book. This is a fantastic piece.

Love Ben Olivers work. I am not a big Superman fan (more in the Batman camp) but that last panel is brilliant! What a beautiful page and what a nice design choice on the first panel as well. Congrats.
