Yeah!  His inks aren't like something one would compare with a "professional" inker (Miki and Weems coming to mind) but his drawings aren't really "done" until he adds his finishing touches and flourishes - you can tell this dude just LOVES to draw!

Man-oh-man did you NAIL it!  I love their work in general, but this is by far my favorite period of their evolution!  I'm a big fan of the hatcing/cross-hatching and great ink work!

Excellent eye!  Thanks for the kind words!  Love these pages, but never did have a Jpeg of it, so I borrowed my brother's phone and finally took a picture of it!  The storytelling is great as always, watching as Deadpool narrates walking along while poor Spidey - the erstwhile voice of Reason - is getting royally messed up!  VERY fun!

Thanks!  Yeah, this was a TRULY great series!  Vampires, werewolves, dragons, knights...doesn't get much better than that.  And when you see the pages up close, the amount of detail that Sandra puts in even the backgrounds, it makes you remember why you love original art in the first place!

Amen, good eye!  From the veinous stony-flesh of the horror from beyond the hills, to the floating cadaver-type, it's filled with so much creepiness that Lovecraft himself would give it two thumbs up!

Thank you!  I truly appreciate the kind words, and EXTREMELY great taste you have!!!  When I bought this one, way back, things were so tight I literally wasn't able to eat lunch for that two-week pay period.  And every growl of the stomach brought another smile to my face because...Wayne.  I met him once at a GenCon in Indiana one year, and he was SUCH a nice dude; introduced me to his wife, who never got to travel with him (they live in England, and she was having some health issues, so it was a rarity in the extreme).  When the line finally dumped me out in front of him, he stood up and they both gave me a hug.  It was extremely memorable, and it's really amazing to have someone you admire turn out to be such an amazing human being.  It makes it all the sweeter, every time you look at the artwork.  Anyways, I know I'm rambling, but wanted to share that with ya!  Thanks again and I am EXTREMELY glad that you enjoy it my friend!

Thank you, thank you!  It IS an amazing sight in person!  It's got the elements I favor, as in a cartoony style AND tons of ink detail.  Couldn't be happier, and Trent was SO freaking cool to work with on this.  He even sent signed copies of his two issues (thus far) of Twilight Monk along with it, which happened to be a GREAT read!  All around one of the best experiences yet!

You are TOTALLY right.  Pencils, inks, paints...Seriously, Wayne may be more than a mere mortal.  It's almost unfair that one person can have SO MUCH talent.

JRJR and Klaus...It's hard to get more iconic a pencil/ink team together.  And they ROCKED Black Panther here...is it observation or judgement in his stare?  Doesn't matter, because he's about to rock someone's world.  Your BP collection is just...stellar!!!

Does it get better?  BP standing there, telling you he's ready for you too?  Dale Keown, inking his own work...That guy has been through personal as well as personal turmoil, and you can actually see his "I survived, who/what's next?" in this cover.  Just really a precious gem here!!!

Too kind!  I know EXACTLY what you mean.  I actually used to have a PP:SM page and sold it to a friend in my writing group in SoCal. I was glad because he loved Ramos too, but the page had all this great Wayne Faucher inking, with some texturing to it.
