CAF Update #131

We run down all the popular artworks posted to CAF between January 23-29, 2023, and also review highlights from sales reported from original Comic Art Dealers and Auction Houses for the same periods.

I've selected 10 auction lots from show sponsor Heritage Auctions upcoming Weekly Comic Art Auction that I've chosen to feature. This Thing vs Hulk page from Marvel Feature #21 by Jim Starlin and Al Milgrom is really cool as the two goliaths square off. Also worth noting is this Micronauts #16 DPS by Howard Chaykin, a Crime Does Not Pay #54 page by George Tuska from 1947, a fantastic Spectacular Spider-Man #69 page with Spidey battling Cloak and Dagger in the rain by Ed Hannigan, an Amazing Spider-Man Annual #37 page by Paulo Siqueira, a Charles Addams remarqued sketch in a book, a Carol Day strip from the 1960's by the great David Wright Carol, a Larry Stroman X-Factor #72 page from 1991, and finally a Rusty Riley strip from 1953 by Frank Godwin. A little something for everyone's taste in this week's Heritage auction!
