Comic Art Fans Update 218

We run down all the popular artworks posted to CAF between October 28-November 3, 2024, and also review highlights from sales reported from original Comic Art Dealers and Auction Houses for the same periods.

I've selected 10 auction lots this week from show sponsor Heritage Auctions current Weekly Comic Art Auction that I've chosen to feature. There is a fantastic DPS by Bryan Lee O'Malley from Scott Pilgrim #2, an Irv Novick and JLGL Joker #2 page, a super detailed cover from Black Summer #5 by Juan Jose Ryp, this fun piece of Swamp Thing Toy Box art by Carmine Infantino and Alfredo Alcala, four pages from Cracked #226 by Bill Wray that feature a spoof on the movie Aliens, a David Mazzuchelli and Tom Palmer Star Wars page, a Gene Colan inspired Tom Mandrake Spectre #29 page, a Hostess Twinkies ad featuring Jose and the Pussycats by Dan DeCarlo, a Patrick Nagel infused cover to Sable #4 by Bill Jaaska, and lastly a beautifully illustrated David Wright Carol Day strip. Something for everyone's taste in this weekly Heritage auction!
