Comic Art Fans Update 222

We run down all the popular artworks posted to CAF between December 2-8, 2024, and also review highlights from sales reported from original Comic Art Dealers and Auction Houses for the same periods.

I've selected 10 auction lots this week from show sponsor Heritage Auctions current Weekly Comic Art Auction that I've chosen to feature. There is this dramatic twice-up Joe Kubert Our Army At War cover that needs some restoration and conservation, an Eerie #66 splash page by Gonzalo Mayo, a Flash Gordon Sunday strip from 1960 by Mac Raboy, a What If #15 splash page by George Perez and Tom Palmer, a Rorschach color illustration by Dave Gibbons, this stunning Moon Knight page by Mark Texeira, a Women of DC illustration by Ramona Fradon, this Warlock #2 page from 1972 by John Buscema and Tom Sutton, a JG Jones Black Widow page (with no BW but still beautiful), a Detective Comics #695 page by Tommy Lee Edwards and Scott Hanna, and lastly this Battle of Britain illustration by George Evans from 1968. Something for everyone's taste in this weekly Heritage auction!
