While the rest head out to meet the challenge, Mr. Terrific stays behind, with new recruits All-American Kid and King Chimera, to investigate the egg. The JSA discovers that Tapeworm is not alone, but has a cadre of villains backing him up. As the JSA falls in battle, back at JSA Headquarters a seemingly possessed All-American Kid attacks Mr. Terrific, literally stabbing him in the back. |
