He relates being regrown under the influence of marijuana. The Floronic Man believes that marijuana can save the world. He pays Poison Ivy for the use of her blood to create a new life form. The Batman tracks them and is surprised and knocked unconscious by Holly and Eva. Also, the Tim Drake subplot continues as Tim's friend Norris has a bad reaction to the genetically-enhanced marijuana. |
