PAPERFILMS HITS SDCC WITH PANELS AND SIGNINGS

The team of AMANDA CONNER and JIMMY PALMIOTTI will be heading out west to the giant San Diego Comic Con event. While the team will not have an official table or booth, they will be attending panels, hosting events and doing some signings with partners during the show. Below is a list of scheduled events for the team (times reflect Pacific Time Zone):

Thursday

2pm - 3pm: AMANDA & JIMMY = Comic Con Cruise panel (Room 254AB)

Friday
11am - Noon: AMANDA & JIMMY = Comic Book Couples panel (Grand Marriott Marquis Room)
1pm - 2pm (estimate): JIMMY and Chad Hardin = Signing at Image Spawn Booth

Saturday
1pm - 2pm (estimate): JIMMY & AMANDA = Signing at Mad Cave Booth
2pm - 3pm: AMANDA & JIMMY = Dynamite Entertainment Panel (Room 29AB)
6pm - 7pm: JIMMY = The Frazetta Influence Panel

Sunday
10am - 11am: JIMMY = First Year Publishing panel (Grand Marriott Marquis Room)
11:30am - 12:30pm: AMANDA = Disney/Dynamite panel
1pm - 2pm: JIMMY = SHI anniversary panel

*NOTE: These events are subject to change during the show.

PAPERFILMS UPCOMING CONVENTIONS

The team of AMANDA CONNER and JIMMY PALMIOTTI will be, post-SDCC, heading in the upcoming weeks to a couple other conventions, and we would be absolutely thrilled to see some of our fans at the shows. We hope to see some of you at these shows! Swing by if you are in the area!

*NOTE: Our visit to the Tampa Bay Comic Con was a recent addition for a single day appearance so we hope to see some local fans at the show!

Amanda Conner

Amanda Conner started out in comics on books such as Barbie and Gargoyles. She also illustrated Soul Searchers & Co., and Suburban Jersey Ninja She-Devils. Amanda then moved on to what is probably her best-known work, as penciller of Vampirella. She also illustrated Painkiller Jane vs. the Darkness, Power Girl, Codename: Knockout, and Birds of Prey for DC; drew X-Men Unlimited for Marvel; and co-created Gatecrasher for BlackBull Comics, and The Pro, a creator-owned book for image with Jimmy Palmiotti and Garth Ennis. Her work outside comics includes ABC's Nightline, The New York Times, MAD magazine, and character designs for film and television.
