The countdown to OAX 2026 has officially begun! Phil Hester announced his pre-show commission list is now open during this week's interview on the CAF+ channel. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

- 1 character bust - 9 X 12" Pen and Ink - $150
- 1 character full figure - 11 X 14" Pen and Ink - $300
- 1 character full figure - 11 X 17" Pen and Ink - $500
- 1 character full figure - 11 X 17" Pen and Ink plus Color - $700
RULES FOR ENTRY:
> Collectors will be notified when their Commission has been selected to be started. Your commission must be picked up in person at OA Expo in Orlando, FL the weekend of Friday, February 20 to Sunday, February 22. No Exceptions.

Phil Hester is an American comic book artist, penciller and writer.
Hester's pencilling credits include Swamp Thing, Brave New World, Flinch, Ultimate Marvel Team-Up, Clerks: The Lost Scene, The Crow: Waking Nightmares, The Wretch (nominated for the 1997 Eisner Award for Best New Series), Aliens: Purge, and Green Arrow.
During his run on Green Arrow, he created the characters Mia Dearden and Onomatopoeia with writer Kevin Smith as well as Constantine Drakon with writer Judd Winick.
Hester co-created Uncle Slam & Firedog with his Green Arrow collaborator, artist Ande Parks. He also created El Diablo, a new character (with a common name in DC Comics) who debuted in an eponymous limited series. His last comic 13 Steps will adapted in a comedy horror film.
Hester is currently writing the new adventures of Golden Age hero The Black Terror for Dynamite Entertainment, based on plot ideas by Alex Ross, as part of the Project Superpowers Universe.
He also wrote DC's Wonder Woman, based on the notes and outline by J. Michael Straczynski, after Straczynski left the title.

Phil Hester will appear at the English Valleys History Center in North English, IA on Sunday, October 26th at 2pm for a signing and Q&A.

Phil Hester is a veteran artist and writer but he is also a longtime collector. He join us for an interview tonight about his collection and his time working in the industry. Phil is also a guest of OAX 2026 and will open his pre-bookings during the show.
