The Original Artwork Session of the current Featured Auction closes this week, on Thursday! Over 200 hand-selected works rendered by over 100 beloved artists grace the auction, including over 80 comic book covers, complete stories, exciting and significant splash and panel pages, and high-quality illustrations. This is another prime collection-building opportunity for the distinguished art collector! 

 

Though the artwork session doesn't start closing until Thursday, there is no better time than now to review the offerings and also to place a bid for a chance at winning a lot at the lowest possible price.

Adi Granov
Adi Granov is a visionary artist and designer who exploded on the comic book scene with his painted art on Marvel comic covers and Iron Man - Extremis comic series which redefined the character for the new era familiar today.

His designs and art style set the tone for the first Iron Man movie which started a relationship with the MCU which carries on to this day through his contributions to the Iron Man Trilogy, Avengers, and Black Panther movies as well as Spider Man: No Way Home and Moon Knight.

Adi started his career as a concept artist at Nintendo and an editorial illustrator. He illustrated for RPG games Star Wars, Shadowrun and Wheel of Time and illustrated a story in Metal Hurlant which was adapted for TV.

His relationship with Marvel began in 2003 and he has provided countless cover illustrations, video game designs (Spider-Man PS4 and Iron Man VR both feature original designs by Adi), interior pages, licensing and merchandising art.

He has created artist series toys and collectibles of his original designs of Marvel and Star Wars characters as well as his own creations from the Sova universe.

He has had a long running relationship with the legendary band Tool for whom he has provided original artwork and design for posters, album art and all manner of merchandising and promotional material.

He was awarded a Master of Arts honour by the Leeds Arts University for his contributions to the popular arts.
