Showcase tables for the 2026 IX show will go on sale on Thursday, January 15th at 8 pm EST.
2026 Showcase tables will be $300, which
includes a 5-day pass to the show. (i.e., if you get a Showcase table you do not need to also buy a ticket to the show).
Sign-ups will take place here—but the page will be
password protected until 8 pm on the 15th. You do NOT need to get a password—that restriction will be removed when the tables go on sale.

Tables can be purchased via PayPal ONLY, so if you have a problem with PayPal you need to let us know in advance!

The signup form will ask for name, email, and phone number. Please provide all of those things, and make sure that the email is an address you actually check—because that is where we will email you.

Once you sign up, you'll get a welcome email from us along with a link to the Showcase exhibitor information page.

You will also have access to your gallery for the IX website and will be able to upload head shot, bio, and up to 12 images.

This year's Showcase will take place on the evenings of Friday, October 23rd and Saturday, October 24th at the Doubletree Hotel in Reading, PA.

As always, the Showcase is open to all artists, traditional or digital. However, works created with AI are not permitted in the IX Showcase regardless of format.
