As part of this OAX 2026 event, buyers will get one drawing by John, receive a signed Spider-man 11x17" print, be entered into a drawing for a full figure Spidey pencil artwork, and more! Buyers will be contacted to confirm which day works best for them.
Sketch opportunities for 7x11" head shots and torsos, as well as head shots drawn on OAX 2026 sketch cards are still available. Your choice of character for the drawing is limited to Spider-Man, Daredevil, Wolverine, Thor, Batman or Iron Man.

PRE-SHOW COMMISSIONS CLOSE FEBRUARY 13th!
OAX is providing Attendees with exclusive pre-show opportunities to purchase original art commissions from Artists that will be delivered at the show. The deadline to sign up for a commission is Tuesday, February 13th. Several of the Artists exhibiting at OAX have already sold out completely of their Pre-OAX opportunities, or have options that are no longer available. Most Artists who are attending OAX will be drawing at the show, so if you missed out on a Pre-OAX opportunity you can still get on their list at the show.
THE OAX 2026 ART AUCTION & FUNDRAISER EVENT PROXY BIDDING

Proxy bidding is open and bids will be accepted through the OAX Auction & Fundraiser CAF Gallery until Tuesday, February 17th. Each artwork will have a minimum bid amount specified in the FOR SALE field and in the artwork description. Make sure to WATCH this gallery to receive updates on the art to be auctioned!
To submit your proxy bid, use the CONTACT OWNER form on each artwork lot, or email [email protected] with your proxy bid amount. When placing your proxy bid, please provide us with your maximum bid amount. Proxy bids will not be revealed prior to the live Floor Bidding. If a lot receives more than one proxy bid, we'll use those proxy bids to set the starting bid amount for Floor Bidding during the live auction.
The OAX 2026 Art Auction will be held the evening of Saturday, February 21st from 6:15pm to 8:00pm EST, after the main show closes at 5pm EST, and after the Jack & Roz Kirby Awards, which will run from approximately 5:30-6:15pm. During the auction Attendees, Guests and Exhibitors will be treated to an open bar and food. Contributed by the Guests of the show, more than 80 artworks will be offered at auction, with a portion of the artwork's sales supporting the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, the Hero Initiative, the Kirby Museum, and the Project Pinball Charity which benefits a local Children’s Hospital.
THE JACK & ROZ KIRBY AWARDS
OAX is home to the newly created Jack & Roz Kirby awards, an annual award recognizing innovation, excellence, and humanity in narrative communication. For its first year, the Kirbys will consist of seven total award categories that celebrate the artist's journey.
