Flaming Carrot Signings at SDCC 2026

Wednesday, July 22, 2026
Due to events and situations beyond our control, (and Coollines Artwork is so very happy to announce) cartoonist Bob Burden will sign at San Diego Comic Con booth 5112-5118 on Thursday, July 23rd 1PM to 3PM and the same time on Saturday, July 25th.

He will bring a number of his own amazing wonderworks from Flaming Carrot, Mysterymen, and Gumby to display (and to sell), and also, a number of recently uncovered Reid Fleming/Flaming Carrot crossover pages (including the splash page) that Bob thought had been sold off decades ago.

A perfect companion to Flaming Carrot, David Boswell's Reid Fleming: World's Toughest Milkman was one of the most iconoclastic and downright odd comics of the 1980s New Wave. Having only around 10 issues published, and drawn with meticulous skill and painstaking detail, original David Boswell has always been treasured by collectors and very hard to find.

Find the COOL LINES Original Art booth, which overlooks the artist alley area booths 5112 to 5118. Bob will be there Thursday from 1PM to 3pm and Saturday at the same time.
