X OF SWORDS, PART 16 -- Endurance. Survival. The true lesson of pain.

BATTLE 4 � RACE TO DEATH: Summoner vs. Wolverine

This is one of those pages that you rarely see in mainstream comics where an artist just goes for it, taking Ben Percy�s script and suggestions and creating something absolutely incredible and unforgettable.

As you can see from the process pictures which Josh sent me, it is in fact a 4 panel page but a series of full bleeds to show the collapsed realities of Blightspoke, starting at the top with a full on fight in sub-zero conditions (much like where Ben Percy lives, judging by his posts on social media!), bleeding into shattered mirror pieces in panel 2, then a panel showing them being attacked by bugs and just trying to survive, and then finishing in panel 4 with them fighting in a reality of floating stones and god-like heads.

Pure awesomeness! And such a great addition to my X of Swords collection and my Gallery of X! Thanks again Josh!
