It contains one of the most heralded moments from Hal Foster's fabled strip.In grand fashion, after an epic battle where Prince Valiant has done his part and lead his men to a victory at sea, we are proud witnesses to Valiant's just reward. None other than King Arthur himself Knights the young Val in the field of battle, and welcomes him to the storied fellowship as the newest Knight of the Round Table. What a scene! Asolutely stunning! Prince Valiant by Hal Foster, Strip #103 1-27-39. The majestic bottom panel has an image area of 10 x 26 inches!
